Madison & Coltin | A Romantic Colorado Wedding at Hearth House Venue
Madison and Coltin’s wedding day at Hearth House Venue was the perfect blend of heartfelt moments, effortless romance, and one unforgettable celebration. From emotional first looks to a packed dance floor at the end of the night, every part of their day felt intentional and completely true to who they are as a couple.
One of my favorite things about photographing weddings at Hearth House Venue is how versatile and beautiful the property is. With gorgeous Colorado scenery, modern rustic charm, and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect venue for couples wanting a wedding day that feels elegant while still relaxed and personal. There are so many beautiful portrait locations throughout the venue, making it such a dream to photograph.
From the beginning of the day, there were so many meaningful moments woven throughout their wedding. One of the sweetest moments was the groom’s first look with their daughter before the ceremony. Watching his reaction as he saw her was incredibly emotional and such a beautiful reminder of how important family was throughout the entire day. Those are the kinds of moments I love documenting most — the genuine emotions that couples and families will look back on for years to come.
Another part of the day that made their wedding feel uniquely “them” was stopping at Palmer Lake for photos. Madison and Coltin love spending time fishing there together, so incorporating a location that held so many memories for them made their portraits feel even more personal and meaningful. Colorado completely showed off for us, and the peaceful lake views paired with the mountain backdrop created the most beautiful setting for their photos.
Their ceremony was filled with so much love and support from family and friends, and you could truly feel how deeply loved these two are. Afterward, the celebration shifted into an incredible reception where guests kept the dance floor packed all night long. The energy, laughter, and excitement throughout the evening made it impossible not to smile while documenting it all.
As a Colorado wedding photographer, weddings like Madison and Coltin’s are exactly why I love what I do. My goal is always to help couples feel comfortable, present, and fully able to enjoy their wedding day while creating images that reflect their story authentically. Whether that means helping build a stress-free timeline, finding meaningful portrait locations, or simply capturing the in-between moments that matter most, I want every couple’s wedding photos to feel true to them.
Madison and Coltin’s wedding was such a beautiful reminder that the most meaningful wedding days aren’t about perfection, they’re about connection, emotion, and celebrating the people and places that matter most.
