The Booking Process
1.
We will set up an in-person, phone or Zoom meeting to chat further and go over all the things! I love to answer any and all question you have so please don't be scared to ask! I will then email you a contract to review and to sign to book your wedding date with me. Once the contract is signed you will get an invoice to pay your retainer. Once the retainer is paid you are officially booked on my calendar! You will get a copy of everything too! I try to make things easy! Planning a wedding can be hard or overwhelming but know that I am here to help you!
2.
You're officially one of my amazing couples! Yay! Now we will plan out your wonderful engagement session. I will get to know you two love birds better and you get to know that quirky lady behind the camera!
We will pick and day and location that is perfect for you two! I have a ton of suggestions for where to go! We live in Colorado so the stunning locations to pick from are endless! I will send you my style guide so you look simply amazing at your session. About 1-2 weeks after your engagement session you will receive all the professionally edited full resolution images in a private only gallery for you to download.

1-2 months before your wedding date we will setup a meeting, phone, zoom or in person, to plan out your wedding day photo timeline!
We will fine tune how your day will flow. If you have a timeline provided by your venue I will use that as a guide to get everything you are wanting me to photograph done within your wedding photography package! IF you don't that's ok we will make one together! Each couple has a vision and I want to help you create it all while efficiently using the hours you booked me for to make sure we get everything done!

After your stunning wedding day I will post a photo preview of some great moments from your beautiful day on my social media & Blog, don't worry Il'l send them to you too! When your private online gallery is ready, about 8-10 weeks after your wedding, I will send you an email with the private gallery link and password to view your images. You will also be able to purchase prints, download the images watermark free and share your gallery with whomever you'd like! I will also be sending you a USB drive of the full size images too!
