The Booking Process
1.
We will set up an in-person, phone or Zoom meeting to chat further and go over all the things to make sure we are a goof dit for your big day! I'll answer any and all questions you have. I will then email you a contract to review. Once the contract is signed you will get an invoice to pay your retainer. That's it you'll be officially booked on my calendar! You will get a copy of everything, contract and invoice. I try to make things easy! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming but know that I am here to help you! I have been doing this for 17 years, I got you!

Yay! You're officially one of my amazing couples! Now we will plan out your wonderful engagement session. I will get to know you two better and you'll get to know that quirky lady behind the camera!
We will pick and day and location that is perfect for your vision! I have a suggestions for where to go in case you need help choosing. We live in Colorado so the stunning locations to pick from are endless! I will send you my style guide so you look simply amazing at your session. About 1-2 weeks after your engagement session you will receive all the professionally hand edited full resolution images in a private only gallery for you to download.

1 month before your wedding date we will setup a meeting, phone, zoom or in person, to plan out your wedding day photo timeline!
We will fine tune how your day will flow. If you have a timeline provided by your venue I will use that as a guide for your big day. If you don't have a timeline from your venue that's ok, we will make one together! Each couple has a vision and I want to help you create it all while efficiently using the hours you booked me for to make sure we get everything done!

After your stunning wedding day I will post a photo preview from your beautiful day on my social media & Blog, don't worry Il'l send them to you too! When your private online gallery is ready, about 6-10 weeks after your wedding, I will send you an email with the private gallery link and password to view your images. You will also be able to purchase prints, download the images watermark free and share your gallery with whomever you'd like! I will also be sending you a USB drive of the full size images too!

How long have you been in business?
A.I a have been a full time wedding photographer for 15 years.
How many weddings have you photographed?
A.You wouldn't believe me if I told you but over 600. This is my full time job and I photograph about 40-50 weddings each year.
What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
A.I honestly love a little bit of everything throughout the day! I just love telling the story of how the day unfolded and to show you two off to the world with my photos! That sounds corny but it's true!
Do you photography LGBTQ+ weddings?
A.YES! I photograph ALL love stories!
How would you describe your photography style?
A.I photograph a mix of modern-traditional guided portraits with fun, natural, in the moment candids!
How would you describe your working style?
A.I work as a team with all the vendors you've chosen to create a day that flows and is fun! I will direct your family and friends during that time to get them done so you can go enjoy your day. I do try my best to blend into the background during the ceremony and reception to capture authentic moments.
How much is the deposit to book?
A.$800 is due to when you sign your contract to book. Full balance is due 14 days before your event date.
Is there a travel fee?
A.Some locations do require a travel fee. Travel fees are applied to locations that I would need to stay overnight because driving in the mountains at night is not my favorite and I want to be safe!
Travel fees range from $200-$800 depending on location and time of year :)
Can I add on extra hours?
A.Yes, you can! I don't want to miss a moment of your big day! They are $400 per each hour you add on.
Can I see a FULL wedding you've done?
A.Yes! Just email me and I can see which couple I have photographed in the past will allow me to show you their full day! I respect each of my couples and ask permission!
Do you offer Video?

How many images will I get?
A.I don't limit myself to a number. The bigger the family and the more wedding day events and things you do the more photos you will have! I tell the story of your day; it’s about the moments not the number of images! I do average about 100 edited photos per hour I am there.
What if your sick and can't photograph my wedding?
A.Knock on wood that will not happen but in the event I am unable to photograph your event you will get a replacement photographer that has done weddings with me and as my associate for over 4 years, she knows what she is doing. Worst case scenario you'll get a refund, it's all in your contract :)
Do you have insurance?
A.Yes, I have full business liability insurance and can provide a copy of my certificate to your venue upon their request!
When will I get my photos?
A.My current turnaround time for weddings is 8-10 weeks. Each wedding also gets a sneak peek of photos posted on my social media & blog to tide you over until they are all done!
Do you offer payment plans?
A.Yes! We can set up a plan that works for you and your budget! I can setup a reoccurring invoice for you to make payments towards!
Credit Card Service Fee
A.There is a 4% credit card service fee I want you to know about! If you pay via Venmo there is not a fee.
Are you the photographer who will shoot my wedding? If so, will you have any assistants/second-shooters with you on that day?
A.I am your girl! This is my full time job and my own business so you'll get me not an associate! I do have small select pool of second photographers to chose from to take with me at weddings who have a 2nd photographer in their package.
Have you ever worked at my wedding venue before? If not, do you plan to check it out in advance?
A.Chances are I have already been to your venue! Yay! In the off chance I have not, I do take it upon myself to scope things out before your wedding and to introduce myself to the coordinator.
What time will you arrive at the site?
A.I arrive at all my weddings 30 mins before the start time on your wedding photography timeline! Traffic can be terrible here in Denver!

When you've photographed so many weddings already, how do you take photographs that tell our story in a unique way?
A.That's easy! No two weddings are the same at all. Each wedding has different elements, traditions and people that make it unique. Photographing weddings for as long as I have I see the time, effort and love put into each one and I photograph all the little details and moments to tell the story that is each couple and their love.
