Hannah & Garrett's Elegant Vail Wedding | Holy Cross Event Deck


Some wedding days simply feel magical from beginning to end, and Hannah and Garrett's wedding in Vail, Colorado was exactly that. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, their closest family and friends gathered from across the country to celebrate a day filled with love, laughter, incredible details, and one unforgettable party.

The couple chose the beautiful Holy Cross Event Deck in Vail as the location for their ceremony, and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting. With the Rocky Mountains creating a stunning natural backdrop, Hannah and Garrett exchanged vows in front of the people who mean the most to them. The ceremony was officiated by a close family friend, making the moment feel even more personal and heartfelt.


Every detail of the day reflected the couple's timeless style. Their soft baby blue and white color palette paired beautifully with the mountain landscape, creating an elegant and romantic atmosphere. One of my favorite design elements was the incredible floral arrangements. The ceremony flowers were absolutely breathtaking and continued to make a statement throughout the evening during dinner at The Slope Room, tying the entire celebration together with beautiful blooms at every turn.

Instead of a traditional guest book, Hannah and Garrett invited their guests to sign a snowboard, a perfect nod to everything that makes Colorado so special and such a fun keepsake they'll be able to display for years to come. They also treated their guests to custom signature cocktails, adding another personal touch that made the celebration uniquely theirs.


One of the highlights of the evening was listening to the heartfelt toasts from their immediate family. There were plenty of laughs, a few happy tears, and countless stories that perfectly captured who Hannah and Garrett are as individuals and as a couple. It was evident just how loved they are by everyone who traveled to celebrate alongside them.

After dinner, the celebration continued at one of Vail's most unique venues, Chasing Rabbits. This stylish speakeasy provided the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable reception. From the moment the music started, the dance floor stayed packed as guests celebrated late into the night. The energy was contagious, and it was impossible not to smile while watching everyone dance, laugh, and soak in every moment together.


As a Colorado wedding photographer, weddings like Hannah and Garrett's are such a joy to document. Between the stunning mountain views, thoughtful personal details, gorgeous florals, and the incredible celebration with family and friends who traveled from near and far, every moment told a beautiful story.
