HOtel Teatro Wedding for Brittany & Michaela


Brittany and Michaela were married on one of the last golden days of summer, surrounded by their closest friends and family at the beautiful Hotel Teatro in downtown Denver. The ceremony took place in the hotel’s study, a cozy space with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a fireplace, and warm, natural light. The shelves were decorated with bud vases filled with wildflowers from Trader Joe’s and framed photographs honoring loved ones who couldn’t be there. Brittany's best friend, Charlie, officiated a meaningful choice that made their handwritten vows feel even more personal.


Photographing these two was such a joy. Their love was effortless to capture full of quiet glances, big laughs, and genuine emotion.

After the ceremony, guests gathered for cocktails and conversation in the cellar one of the hotel’s intimate reception areas. The vibe was relaxed and joyful, filled with happy tears, a heartfelt toast by their fired Amanda who introduced these two, and the kind of warmth that can only come from a close-knit group of people truly showing up for a couple they love.

We snuck away for portraits around downtown Denver, making the most of the light. The historic buildings, brick textures, and classic city architecture added an elegant, timeless backdrop to their newlywed glow.
